★ Love M.D. Release Day ★
I’ve set the date, Love M.D. will be released for sale on Amazon on Tuesday, 24th February. I will announce the events to celebrate later this month so be sure to follow my social media pages for updates. Once the book is available for pre-order, I will let you know as well.
My blog tour will be from March 30 – April 17. Any bloggers who would like to participate, please sign up HERE.
Sneak peak: Those of you who have been looking forward to the release of Love M.D. you might want to reread Love Lies & The D.A. before you read Love M.D. While Love M.D. is a standalone novel, you will get an update on the lives of some of the characters in Love, Lies & The D.A. And just to tease you all a little more, I’ve included a short excerpt below. Enjoy!
Zach barges through my office door.
“Sleeping in? Looks like someone had a late night.”
“Good morning to you, too, Zach. As usual, so nice of you to knock.”
“Did someone get some action last night? I called you before midnight and no answer. That must have been some consult.”
“Shut up,” I laugh. “Mind your own business.”
“You are my business. Tell me about him.”
“There’s nothing to tell. He’s a doctor who just moved here from Seattle.”
“You like him.”
“No, I don’t like him,” I lie. “He’s married, and he’s a client. After Todd almost ruined this company we worked so hard to put together, I’d be an idiot to get involved with another client again.”
“Todd was an asshole. We’re going to interact with many people in our line of work. Don’t pass up an opportunity you might get to meet someone just because he might be a colleague. Not everyone is like Todd.”
“It’s a matter of principle, Zach. Clients are hands off. Need I remind you what Todd cost this business? I will never put you, this business or myself in that position ever again. I don’t mix business with pleasure and that’s final. I won’t even entertain the thought.”
“What if your true love or soul mate happens to be a client?”
“True love or soul mate? What the hell has gotten into you? Are you seeing someone? And I don’t mean the little trollops that come over for a weekend fling. Of late, you seem to be taking a keen interest in my love life.”
“Maybe,” he smiles, looking down, almost refusing to meet my gaze.
“Come on…who is she?”
He hesitates. “You don’t really know her.”
“Don’t really know her… You’re in love with her, aren’t you? That’s why you’ve been pushing me to meet someone.”
“That’s true.”
“Why didn’t you tell me about this before?”
“I wasn’t sure you’d approve.”
“Who is this person? And why wouldn’t I approve?”
He pauses for a moment. “She’s… a little younger.”
“Define a little younger.”
“Nine years a-little-younger.”
“Does she love you?”
“She says she does.”
“Well, that’s all I care about. When do I meet her? And who is she?”
“Megan Kole.”
“As in Jonathan Kole’s sister? The lawyer?”
“That’s the one.”
